DMPR: Donor Marketing and Public Relations

The Donor Marketing and Public Relations department was set up to provide fund raising services to each project that facilitates the delivery of its individual strategic plan and to provide a full report back service to funders once funds have been secured. The reports to funders include a budget breakdown, specific time line activity, photographs and written reports. DMPR’s second function is to ensure that the corporate image of Project Gateway is maintained by centrally agreeing all outside advertising, newsletters and other information. 

It ensures that accurate information is provided and that each project shows uniformity in its communication with any outside organisation or individual. DMPR is currently headed by Di Milford, General Manager. She is assisted by a team, many of whom are volunteers. Together they are responsible for fundraising, events, individual projects under the umbrellas of Education, Care and Empowerment, reporting, publications, sales and marketing and numerous other administrative tasks.
